Tailored School Support
 

We provide expert guidance and 'hands on' support in strategic planning and school based project management, from curriculum review and the writing of school timetables to improving teaching, self-evaluation activities and raising student outcomes. Projects undertaken with a view to helping organisations realise their vision, improve effectiveness and develop student provison, achievement and the wellbeing of all.

Leadership Development Programs

 

We design, implement and support custom staff and Governor development so it cultivates inclusive leadership skills for individuals, teams and across the whole organisation. We utilise GlavinCatalyst's School Leader Development Tool to ensure support is individualised and use GlavinCatalyst's Leadership Development Programme as a cost-effective format to explore  and deliver improvement.

1-2-1 Leadership Coaching and Improvement

Our individualised educational consulting services provide coaching, mentoring and professional supervision for individuals in leadership positions. VIEW Consultancy provides leaders with a 'supportive colleague' with whom they can trust and engage in professional inquiry. Leaders are given the direction and space to develop their understanding of their role and are empowered with confidence to strategise how their purpose supports the organisation's vision, improving their own performance and that of the organisation.
